Shipping & Returns
Our Policies

        Shipping- All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. 
- You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation please contact info@ferroguitars. 
- Shipping is fulfilled by USPS and is a flat rate of $12 for all orders. Rate subject to change.

        Weekends & Holidays- Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays. 
- No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm EST) 
- If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST. We can not guarantee a shipment time but for any further assistance please email us at info@ferroguitars.com

        Address Change & Lost or Stolen Packages- Once an order is placed the shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. 
- We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered. 
- If your order is marked as delivered and you cannot find it please contact the carrier.

        Returns- All returns must be shipped within 14 days of your delivery date. 
- All returns will be verified by a team member before a refund is issued. 
- Product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition. 
- Returns that are damaged, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 
- To submit a return please use the contact form to contact our team us and one of our team members will get back to you by the next business day.

        Return Process & Refunds- To start a return please contact us at info@ferroguitars.com 
- Once return is started we will email you a return label. 
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 
- This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. 
- Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

        Damaged & Non-Refundable Items- Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No exceptions. 
- If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. 
- Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. 
- All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Ferro Guitars discretion.
